Victoria Barbour doesn’t just believe a home is a place you hang your hat—she believes in the stories they carry. Raised on a tobacco farm in Charles County, MD, and shaped by a lifetime of service, Victoria brings a rare blend of grit, grounding, and genuine human care into every conversation. From deep family military roots to Reiki energy healing, her life’s journey has taught her one truth: every move matters.


She’s new to the field, but her life has always been about guiding people through change. From supporting her LGBTQIA+ community, helping youth navigate the spiritual growth from tween and teen into young adults, to volunteering with Arundel Rivers Federation Victoria doesn’t just say she cares. She proves it.


Her professional past spans the blue-collar trenches to the federal halls—from cable installs and retail leadership to over 10 years as a U.S. Navy, DoD contractor and User Experience Designer. And now? She’s taken all of that experience and poured it into the one industry that ties it all together: 

Real Estate.
